So this morning I went cycling with my hairdresser, from North ‘Gong beach all the way to Woonona and back along the well maintained coastal cycle track. She went one beach further, Bellambi, but as I haven’t been on a pushbike for something like fifteen years, I thought it best not to push my luck too far. Now it’s eight hours later and everything hurts. Can’t wait to do it again next weekend.
Looks like Dad will be coming out of rehab early, sometime around midweek. Yippee!
