I enjoyed many aspects of it, particularly the potty mouthed little girl and the fact that I was utterly surprised by every single bit of plot development. But what happened to Big Daddy was utterly and gratuitously gross.
It was a very difficult scene to watch, granted, but I think it’s actually a (horrible) highlight of the movie. Gorgeously done. BD yowling instructions to HG while *what’s happening to him happens* and Strobe plays…beeaauuuttifuuuul.

I was left feeling a little…disturbed afterwards. I wasn’t sure I liked it, but I didn’t not like it either.
