Interesting things I have learnt today:
- Morphine causes excitement in cats
- Rats and mice cannot vomit
- Sniffy the Virtual Rat, is a fun, interactive software program that gives undergraduate students a virtual laboratory experience . . . without all the drawbacks of using a real laboratory rat.
- Japanese researchers have succeeded in producing see-through frogs, letting them observe organs, blood vessels and eggs under the skin without performing dissections.

Not only can mice not vomit, they also have to eat their own poop because it doesn’t fully digest the first time through.
Let us pause and appreciate that fact for a while. Poor damn mousies.
