You know how in cartoons, they eat corn like a typewriter moves? One line at a time, then down a bit, then one line, etc? I can so see that with the skull XD Hehehhehe!
Do you mean get away with using the photo? Just reshoot with your own props and arrangement. Concepts can’t be copyrighted. If you meant something else, then what Sean said.
Nah, I mean get away with it in regards to what my boss considers suitable imagery for our product.
