The Man With The Golden Gun vies with Moonraker for the honour of being the worst James Bond movie ever made. Nevertheless, there was no way we were going to spend time in Phuket without doing the Phang Nga Bay scenic canoe trek. Here we are standing before Ko Tapu, the weird, overbalancing sliver of rock that graced Sacaramanga’s lair and turned Phang Na Bay into an international tourist destination. They really do call the place James Bond Island and I now have a hideous t-shirt to prove it. More photos here.
