Nick Stathopoulos ‘toy porn’ painting exhibition

An exhibition of hyper-realistic paintings of favorite toys, to be opened by esteemed film critic David Stratton. The show will also feature some of Nick’s Archibald and Doug Moran nominated portraits, and will run through til November 14.

I haven’t seen Astro Boy since I was 3, I’m ashamed to admit, so just doublechecking: does he have a little sister with the exact same haircut, or is that Astro Boy in drag?

That is Urane, his sister. I think they have slightly different hair.
