Smersh is driving me nuts. He loves having me home all day and absolutely won't stop headbutting, hi-fiving and demanding pats. I haven't the heart to shut him out of the room, but I'm never gonna finish this book at this rate. He's been on my desk for 3 weeks straight now, night & day.

My friend Deb has a cat who LOVES to be spanked, hard. Really. I've watched Deb exhaust herself spanking this cat. He cannot get enough, even when his back legs bow under the blows.

Maybe it’s a good idea that I didn’t stud your cat to my cat to have novel-muse-kitties helping me (I need more than one, I’m only a noob writer). Seems like they are too fickle. Cute though

Our cat Jack thinks that laptops are footpaths, not footstools. If there’s a long way to somewhere that goes via a laptop, he’ll take it.
