I can hear one of my old high school classmates right now: “What’n yew want with glue? The one surefire way to tell if a cow’s in heat means yew need lube!” (Yes, I can say with a straight face that far too many of the people in my old home town were cowfuckers. And horsefuckers. And pigfuckers. I’m amazed that nobody worked their way down to snapping turtles and rattlesnakes, but I suspect that’s because there was always a good abandoned wine jug that could be used in a pinch.
