Man, its amazing how many hours there are in a Sunday when one does not wear the yoke of small press publishing around ones neck… Today I went over the first 8 chapters of novel #1 with a fine tooth comb, polished the 2-page synopsis that accompanies it, wrote 1100 words of a new story — and that’s a new new story, not the other new story I started yesterday, went to the supermarket for groceries, made a tasty lamb pilaf, caught up with some business admin, and now I’m drinking sav blanc in the bath while listening to Arabic grooves.
Just saying…

That is good, virtuous and admirable. I cleaned the house this morn, did the washing (a day-long project), turned notes into a story (“The Dead Ones Don’t Hurt You”) – my first Zombie story; scribbled some more for the New Ceres story; had a nap.
Now awake and trying to find the middle of the NC story – I have the beginning and the end!!
