Went up the Blue Mountains last weekend to hang out with our friends Bill & Michelle. It was good to get off the computer for a spell, and I’ve returned to it in an excellent mood, although I can’t quite work out why that is as I received a rejection this morning for an antho I was desperately hoping to get in to. Funny how some days a bit of minor bad news can send you to the depths of despair, and other days a bomb can go off and you just kinda go yeah, OK.

This weekend coming I’m planning another of my 3-day write-a-thons. I’m going for another 10k of novel with exercise interspaced. Can’t wait!
